Client information is completely confidential.  

Confidential information will only be disclosed to anyone other than Revamp Aesthetic in the event of a client emergency to which medical professionals will only be the only person(s) Revamp Aesthetic provide with your information. 

Only pictures that the client consents to being used on our website and social media will be used.  No pictures will be used if consent is not given - this applies to use within our premises.

Strictly the client only will be permitted in our premises during the Coronavirus pandemic. 

No anti-social behavior or aggression to staff will be tolerated at any time. 

Revamp Aesthetic reserve the right to refuse treatment - no treatment that may be detrimental to your well being or appearance will be carried out - this will be fully explained and where applicable an alternative option may be recommended.

Treatments are strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years old (+). 

Photographic ID  (drivers license / passport) may be required so please ensure you bring it with you or we may have to refuse treatment.  STRICTLY no other age verification will be accepted - you MUST have your own photographic ID.  

Deposits must be paid to secure appointment - No appointments will be made if no deposit has been placed. 

We only ask for a small deposit and for that reason all deposits are non refundable (N/R).  

Rearrangement of an appointment must be arranged and confirmed no less than 24 hours prior to your original appointment time.   If you require to rearrange your appointment we are able to transfer your deposit once - in the event you have to rearrange again a further deposit will be payable.  We are a small business and work to appointments only so these rules are in place to limit time gaps and missed appointments. 

Rearrangement of appointments MUST be carried out no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time or the option of one time deposit transferal is void. 

Full payment will be due on day of appointment (deposit deducted from clients total balance). 

All documentation must must be fully completed prior to treatment.   

Documentation includes verbal and formally documented and signed consultation; a consent form; social media and online picture use consent and full disclosure of your medical background including current and previous illness, medications and treatments.
