What products do you use?

Being as I am an advanced aesthetic clinician I am not tied to one specific brand of product. We carry and extensive range of products for all different procedures.

I know my products inside out and I trial each of them myself to ensure they are fit for use in Revamp Aesthetic - if I dont believe in a product or wouldnt use it on myself or family then it is not available in my business.

I have the availability to order specific brands if clients are intent on one specific brand but this is subject to an additional fee.

We do not stock Juvederm.

Will my treatment hurt?

Unfortunately this is a question that we cant answer specifically as everyone has different levels of pain tolerance.

What we can tell you is that we have a very good reputation in getting needle-phobics and terrified clients over their fears and through their treatments as easily as possible.

How long will my treatment take?

We will NEVER be one of these "conveyor belt clinics" that cant wait to get your money and get you out the door. Coming to Revamp Aesthetic is a full experience and not all about rushing you out. Each of our clients gets a 1 hour appointment - its highly likely that for routine appointments (eg dermal fillers) you wont need the full hour but it is there is needed.

I'm not well / have a cold sore / have a cold etc can I still come to my appointment?

No. If you are not in full health or have a skin outbreak/cold sore etc we cannot have you in for your appointment. Please contact us ASAP to discuss rescheduling your appointment.

Can I have my deposit back?

No. Unfortunately the deposits are nonrefundable. We only take a small £20 deposit so ensure a small percent of our expenses are covered if the client fails to attend as a result, all deposits are nonrefundable and can only be transferred at our discretion.

Do you offer dental blocks?

No. When working on the lip areas the last thing we want is to have your lips sitting in an unnatural position. The first thing that happens when a dental block kicks in is that the lips rest in an almost droopy fashion (think rinsing your mouth at the dentist... the rinse dribbles form your mouth due to the analgesia). When we work on your lips we want the best possible results so we do not offer dental blocks.
